Job Details:

We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. You'll be responsible for managing the accounting team, overseeing financial audits, and ensuring that all financial information is accurately recorded and reported.

Responsibilities:

As the Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
2. Developing and implementing effective cost accounting systems and procedures to enhance financial management and reporting.
3. Preparing and presenting financial reports to the senior management team, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
4. Coordinating and leading annual audit processes, liaising with external auditors, and managing internal controls.
5. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and conducting variance analysis to identify cost savings opportunities.
6. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements, and keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with a proven track record of managing a high-performing accounting team.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellent results.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
8. A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
