Responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks and processes for two Construction companies, with the help of an Accounting Assistant. Ensure accuracy and correct coding of invoices received, make payments timely. Invoices all customers promptly and accurately. Follows up on invoices sent to collect amounts owed in an expedient manner. Reconcile amounts invoiced from Point of Sale system with Accounting program. Job cost all jobs to identify opportunities to improve pricing or execution of jobs. Assist with other activities including safety, marketing and insurance tasks.
