Job Details

Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
2. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
3. Developing and implementing effective forecasting models to predict revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
4. Managing cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity for operations and investment opportunities.
5. Leveraging your 5-10 years of process improvement experience to streamline and enhance our accounting procedures and systems.
6. Leading system conversion efforts, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations.
7. Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and promote operational efficiency.
8. Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
3. Proven expertise in financial reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and cash flow management.
4. A track record of successful process improvement initiatives, with 5-10 years of experience in this area.
5. Experience with system conversion, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and achieve desired outcomes.
6. Strong knowledge of internal control principles and practices, with the ability to establish and maintain effective controls.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
