Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and reporting of our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable, tax payments, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
2. Developing and implementing effective accounting policies and procedures.
3. Preparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis.

5. Ensuring compliance with state and federal tax laws and regulations.
6. Providing guidance and leadership to the accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

8. Participating in the development of strategic business plans and initiatives.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
3. CPA or "Certified Public Accountant" certification is required.
4. Proven experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
5. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a team.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
