Our company is in search of a Consulting Accounting Clerk to join our vibrant team within the Finance industry. Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Accounting Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's financial health. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Processing and recording transactions accurately and timely.
2. Managing the full cycle of accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.
3. Conducting regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
4. Maintaining an orderly accounting filing system.
5. Providing clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
6. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
7. Ensuring compliance with all internal processes.
8. Utilizing accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases to process financial data and create reports.
9. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial entries, reports, and summaries.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Finance industry.
2. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
5. Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong data entry skills.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
