Accountant

Job Description:

Prepare daily credit card reconciliations – investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.
Review, process and reconcile employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with company policy.
Track prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and record monthly depreciation/amortization.
Prepare and file sales and use tax returns using Avalara tax software.
Assist with month end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and annual external audit.
Assist with Accounts Payable transactions including invoice entry, pay runs, etc.
Administer corporate credit card program.
Perform other backup duties and special projects, as requested.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Corporate Accounting/Audit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
