Account Manager

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Utilizing your knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance to provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information.
3. Efficiently manage client accounts and streamline processes.
4. Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement strategies for account growth and retention.
5. Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed to the client's satisfaction.
6. Staying updated on industry trends and changes to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
7. Conducting regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

The ideal candidate for the Account Manager position will possess the following qualifications:

• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance license
• 5+ years of insurance industry experience
• 1+ years of Account Manager experience, 3+ preferred
• Condo & HOA experience
