Job Details:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager in the Landscaping sector of the Construction Industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management and growth of our landscaping activities. This position requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, budgeting, profit margin analysis, and quality control. This role demands a high level of dedication, innovation, and strategic thinking to ensure the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of landscaping projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring projects are completed within the allocated resources while maximizing profitability.
• Maintain a strong client relationship, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ALCA and SPCC regulations and guidelines.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of landscape maintenance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to coordinate efforts and achieve project goals.
• Identify and pursue potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Regularly review and analyze profit margins to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Management role within the Landscaping sector of the Construction industry.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and profit margin analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial management and data analysis.
• ALCA and SPCC Certifications highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and quality control measures.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving ability.
