We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced A/V Engineering Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity is within our fast-paced, innovative Finance industry where technology and creativity meet. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of A/V Engineers, ensuring the smooth running of our state-of-the-art control room. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of video engineering and IT, and a passion for design and layout.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of A/V Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all A/V systems in the control room.
  • Design and implement A/V systems, considering the best layout and HMI for optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their A/V needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure all A/V systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the A/V budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively use the A/V systems.
  • Stay current with the latest A/V technologies and trends, and incorporate them into our operations where beneficial.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in A/V Engineering, with a focus on video engineering and IT.
  • Proven experience in managing a control room, with a strong understanding of design, layout, and HMI.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve A/V issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex A/V concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide effective A/V solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to A/V systems.
  • Ability to stay current with the latest A/V technologies and trends.
