Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries including construction, government contracting,

technology, non-profits, and Employee Benefit Plans (EBP).

• Plan and execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements, internal controls, and audit workpapers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business operations, identify risks, and provide value-added insights.
• Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop audit strategies, assess engagement risks, and ensure timely completion of

deliverables.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, accounting pronouncements, and regulatory changes to enhance audit methodologies and practices.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and networking events to contribute to firm growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance services.
• Strong technical proficiency in auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Client-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Experience with industry-specific audit engagements, such as construction, government contracting, technology, non-profits, or Employee Benefit -

Plans (EBP), preferred.
